In the third stroke of combustion, the piston moves down, the gas burns at supersonic speed, and the volume of the mixture expands, generating an explosive force to push the piston down again. Four. In the fourth exhaust stroke, the piston moves upwards, and the exhaust gas dissolved in the compressed chamber is released through the exhaust valve to complete the cycle.
